1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
PropFlow is a property management platform for manufactured home park operators. The Service includes lot and tenant management, rent collection, utility billing, maintenance tracking, compliance tools, and financial reporting. Features are described on our website and may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Landlord accounts may invite tenant users who will have access to their own data within the tenant portal. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment Terms
PropFlow charges a per-lot monthly subscription fee. Payment is processed via Stripe. Rent payments between landlords and tenants are processed through Stripe on behalf of the landlord — PropFlow facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the landlord-tenant financial relationship.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PropFlow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your property, tenant, financial, or operational data. You grant PropFlow a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Compliance Disclaimer
PropFlow provides tools to assist with compliance (eviction workflows, deposit tracking, lease generation) but does not provide legal advice. State-specific templates and rules are informational — you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney for legal questions.
7. Limitation of Liability
PropFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
