Stripe Connect with per-operator payouts
Each operator gets their own Stripe connected account with direct payouts, dispute management, and reporting. Platform fees are handled transparently. Operators see their own Stripe dashboard — no commingled funds, no waiting for the platform to disburse.
Every payment method
Residents pay via card or ACH through the tenant portal or guest payment links. Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are enabled via Stripe’s automatic payment methods. Cash, check, and money order are first-class manual payment methods with batch entry for high-volume recording.
FIFO allocation and auto-pay
The FIFO allocation engine applies payments to the oldest unpaid invoices first, handles partial payments, and records overpayments as credits. Auto-pay enrollment lets residents save a payment method; a daily Inngest cron charges saved methods for unpaid invoices. Guest payment links work without login — critical for MHP demographics.
