Dual MHP pipelines
Three pipeline types reflect MHP reality: LOT_RENTAL (tenant brings their own home), POH_RENTAL (park rents a home to the tenant), and HOME_SALE (park sells a home). Each pipeline has its own status flow, conversion actions, and drip sequences.
Kanban board and analytics
A visual kanban board shows prospects by status (New, Contacted, Tour Scheduled, Tour Completed, Application, Approved, Lease Signed, Moved In, Lost). Table view with filters for power users. Analytics tab shows conversion funnel, lead source ROI, and vacancy tracker.
Automated drip follow-up sequences
