Walk a property with your phone. The conduct interface shows one section at a time with pass/fail/NA for each item, inline photo capture, notes, and auto-save per item. Progress tracking shows completion percentage. Works on any phone browser — no app download.
Auto-action engine
This is where PropFlow exceeds ManageAmerica’s WINS system. When an inspection item fails, the engine auto-creates a maintenance ticket AND/OR a community violation — with photos attached. No manual re-entry. The completed inspection summary email includes color-coded scores.
