Integrated lease signing flow
Generate a lease PDF from one of three MHP templates (standard, lot-only, lot+home), then send it for signature with one click. Dropbox Sign handles the signing ceremony. A webhook fires when signing completes: the signed PDF downloads to Supabase Storage, the lease record updates, and a confirmation email sends to both parties.
Status tracking and cancellation
The Lease model tracks SignatureStatus (PENDING, SENT, SIGNED, CANCELLED, DECLINED). Operators can cancel pending signature requests. Status badges appear in the lease UI so it’s always clear where things stand.
