Manual-record screening flow
Operators run screening externally (SmartMove, AmRent, or any provider), then record the decision in PropFlow: consent attestation, screening PDF upload, approve/deny with reason. This captures the FCRA audit trail without making PropFlow a CRA technology intermediary.
Applicant-to-tenant conversion
Screening uses a separate Applicant model — not a Tenant record. Approved applicants convert to Tenant via the existing createTenantWithLease() flow in one click. Denied applicants stay as records with their screening history intact.
