Reports can be pulled on cash or accrual basis — both are always up to date because the GL tracks both simultaneously.
Lender-grade exports
Rent roll CSV export with unit-level detail, occupancy status, lease terms, and monthly rent. T12 (trailing twelve months) export shows 12-month revenue and expense history. These are the documents lenders and investors ask for during refinancing or acquisition due diligence.
Dashboard KPIs
