10 document types with per-type metadata
HUD certificates, well water tests, zoning permits, insurance certificates, septic inspections, fire inspections, electrical inspections, plumbing inspections, park licenses, and other. Each document type has its own metadata fields. Upload documents via Supabase Storage.
Tiered expiration alerts
A daily Inngest cron (8:15 AM UTC) checks all compliance documents against expiration dates. Four alert tiers: 60-day warning, 30-day warning, 7-day urgent, and expired. Per-landlord fan-out with AuditEvent idempotency prevents duplicate alerts.
