MHP-native data model
PropFlow distinguishes between lots and homes from the ground up. Each unit tracks home ownership (park-owned vs tenant-owned), home make/model/year/serial number, and condition. Three lease types — standard, lot-only, and lot+home — reflect how MHP leasing actually works.
Home inventory and titling
The HomeTitle model (1:1 with Unit) tracks title status (UNKNOWN, UNTITLED, CLEAR, LIENED, TRANSFER_PENDING, TENANT_OWNED), title number, state, holder, lien info with payoff tracking, acquisition source, and document URLs. Five new Unit fields capture HUD label, length, width, section type, and market value.
Bulk import and lease generation
Upload your entire lot inventory or resident roster from CSV. The import engine validates every row, shows a preview with error highlighting, and lets you download a template. PDF lease generation uses three templates with 20+ variable interpolation fields.
