Dual-path turn workflows
POH turns follow 8 stages (from initial assessment through marketing-ready). Lot-only turns follow 6 stages (from site clearing through ready-for-home). Each stage has a default task checklist. The CreateBoardDialog auto-derives turn type from the unit’s homeOwnership field.
Photo, expense, and analytics
Tasks support before/after photo uploads via Supabase Storage. Linked expense creation from tasks auto-creates expense records and syncs costs. Turn cost analytics show average cost by turn type, cost by category, cost by vendor, and monthly trends.
